You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must not misuse the Service. This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with normal operation, or using the Service to violate applicable laws.

4. Customer content & generated code

You retain ownership of your input content and any code generated for you by the Service, subject to these Terms and any applicable third-party licenses.

5. Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We try to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Odin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
