Every recipe change is versioned, dated and attributable. Old orders keep the recipe they were built on.

Job costing sheet

Labour, materials and machine time on one page per order, against the quoted price.

Subcontractor tracking

Stock sent out, work done outside, and cost brought back in, without leaving the stock ledger.

A partner would quote for most of the red ones. They are part of the monthly fee here.

How an order runs, start to finish

This is configured before you log in. You are adjusting it, not building it.

Order lands

A confirmed sales order checks the bill of materials and tells you what is short.

Materials committed

Stock is reserved, and anything missing raises a purchase order against the supplier lead time.

Work order to the floor

The job appears on the shop-floor terminal. Operators start and finish it there, not on paper.

Quality check

The check point blocks the next step until it passes. Failures are logged against the batch.

Stock and cost posted

Finished goods hit stock, scrap is written off, and the job cost sheet closes against the quote.
