The number doesn't move after you sign.
You have probably been quoted for an Odoo project before, and then been quoted again halfway through. That happens because the scope was written to be reopened. Ours isn't.
A call, then a live instance
Half an hour on what you run today. Then we deploy you a real Odoo with your industry modules on it, so we are both looking at the same thing rather than a requirements document.
We tell you what you don't need
Most of the list is already covered by the modules or by Odin AI. We say so before quoting, not after. What is left is usually smaller than you expected.
One price, one date, in writing
A fixed fee and a delivery date for a written scope. If we underestimated it, that is ours to absorb. If you change the scope, we requote before starting, never after.
Four things we're worth paying for.
Prices below are the range we normally land in. Yours is quoted on your actual scope.
Setting it up
Your chart of accounts, your users and their permissions, your warehouses, your approval thresholds, your document templates. The unglamorous configuration that decides whether people trust the system in month two.
Good fit when: you have more than one location, real approval rules, or an accountant with opinions.
Moving your data
Off QuickBooks, Sage, Excel, or an older Odoo somebody else built. Customers, suppliers, stock, open invoices and enough history to answer a question from last year. Balances reconciled to your last signed accounts before anyone goes live.
Good fit when: you have years of trading history and cannot afford to lose it or spend a month rekeying it.
The hard integrations
Bank feeds, revenue authority filing, a warehouse system from 2009, an industry platform with no documentation. The work Odin AI cannot do on its own because the other end is genuinely difficult.
You keep the code. It is ordinary Odoo, in your instance, readable by whoever you hire next.
Keeping it running
Backups you can restore from, security patches, Odoo version upgrades, and a person who answers when something is wrong. This is not a service you buy separately.
Included in your monthly fee, at every tier. We do not sell support hours.
What we'll talk you out of.
A partner paid by the hour has no reason to say any of this. We are paid monthly whether or not you buy a project, so we can.
A three-month discovery phase
You learn more from two weeks on a live instance than from twelve weeks of workshops.
Custom development you don't need yet
Run standard for a month first. Half the list stops mattering, and Odin AI handles most of the rest.
Migrating fifteen years of history
Bring open balances and two years. Archive the rest. It costs a fraction and nobody has ever missed it.
Going live with everything at once
Finance and stock first. Manufacturing or retail a month later, once people trust the numbers.
