HOSTING

Flat-fee Odoo hosting, unlimited users.

Standard Odoo Community, deployed in under an hour, with backups, security patches and version upgrades run by us. $150/month for up to 25 people. $450/month for unlimited people. No per-seat licence, so adding someone to the system costs nothing — which changes who you're willing to give access to.

What per-seat pricing actually costs you

What per-seat pricing actually costs you

The obvious cost is arithmetic. Enterprise Standard is around $31.10 per user per month at renewal in the US; Custom is around $61. Twenty-five people on Standard is roughly $9,330 a year. Fifty is $18,660.

The less obvious cost is behavioural, and it's the bigger one.

When every login has a price, you start rationing them. The warehouse team shares an account. Shop-floor staff don't get access, so someone types their numbers in later from a clipboard. The part-time bookkeeper is emailed a spreadsheet rather than given a login. Each of those is a rational response to per-seat pricing, and each one puts a manual step back into a system you bought to remove manual steps.

Flat pricing removes the decision. Everyone who'd benefit from access gets it, because the marginal cost of a user is zero.

What's included

What's included

Deployment in under an hour. A live copy and a test copy. Point odoo.yourcompany.com at it and you're running.

Standard Odoo Community, unmodified. Not a fork, not a rebuild. The same code the rest of the Odoo world runs, so the documentation applies, community modules install, and nothing about your setup is proprietary to us.

Backups, security patches and version upgrades. Ours to run. Odoo ships a major version annually and someone has to handle it — this is the part that quietly fails when businesses self-host, because it works fine until the person who set it up gets busy.

Every module we've built, free. Including the Odoo MCP server for connecting Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants, the Shopify connector, access control, invoice OCR on Community, PO/SO capture and fleet tracking. On the App Store these are $199–$349 each.

The AI module builder. Describe a change in plain English, get a working Odoo module on the test copy first. Ordinary readable Odoo code, not a black box. This is what replaces Odoo Studio, which is Enterprise Custom-tier only — more in building Odoo modules without a developer.

Your server, your data. Download the database and go whenever you want. No exit fee, no export charge, no account of ours holding anything of yours.

Ask any Odoo host or partner, in writing: whose account is my database created under?

There are documented cases of implementation partners creating client databases under the partner's own Odoo account, then deleting them or revoking client access — including businesses who had paid for a full year in advance and who were, as far as they knew, the account administrator.

Your database should be under your company's ownership. You should be able to download it on demand without asking permission. If a provider can't answer that question in one sentence, that's the answer. Full check and recovery steps: who owns your Odoo database.

Ours: the server and the data are yours. Take a backup right now if you like — nothing is gated.

Two rows worth pausing on. Odoo Online Standard doesn't allow third-party modules or external API access — so if you're planning any integration, that plan isn't the one you're on, whatever the pricing page suggested. And on self-hosted Community, the two "You" rows are where most DIY deployments eventually come unstuck. Implementing Odoo without a partner goes into that properly. What we don't do

What we don't do

Stated plainly, because a hosting page that only lists inclusions isn't useful:

  • This is Community, not Enterprise. No Odoo Studio, no official Odoo SA support contract, no Odoo.sh, and the Enterprise-only apps aren't there — Field Service, Helpdesk, PLM, Quality, Marketing Automation and the rest. If one of those is central to your operation, buy Enterprise. Odoo Community vs Enterprise has the full list.
  • We don't do your requirements analysis. We'll host it, upgrade it and help you change it. Working out what your business needs is still yours — or a consultant's, hired for that specific job.
  • We don't clean your data. Nobody outside your business can.
  • We're not a compliance service. Local statutory requirements need local expertise.
  • We do consulting. We'd rather you didn't need it.

Questions

FAQ

How much does Odoo hosting cost?

Ours is $150/month for up to 25 people or $450/month for unlimited, including the software, backups, patches, upgrades and every module we've built. Odoo.sh is worker-based, roughly $60–$500/month, and requires the Custom plan on top at around $61/user/month — itemised in what Odoo.sh actually costs.

Is this Odoo Enterprise or Community?

Community — standard and unmodified. No per-user licence, and no Studio, official Odoo support or Enterprise-only apps.

Who owns the database?

You do. It's on your server and you can download it whenever you want. No exit fee.

How long does deployment take?

Under an hour, with a live copy and a test copy, and you point your own subdomain at it.

Who handles version upgrades?

We do. Odoo ships a major version annually and running that upgrade is included rather than quoted.

Can I install third-party Odoo modules?

Yes. That's one of the practical differences from Odoo Online Standard, which doesn't allow them.

Can I connect AI assistants or external systems?

Yes. Community includes full external API access, and our MCP module for connecting Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Cursor is included at no extra cost. On Odoo Enterprise, external API access requires the Custom plan — see what that really costs.

What if we grow past 25 people?

Move to the $450 tier. Unlimited users, so headcount stops affecting the software bill entirely.
